Permitting

Permit requirements have been implemented for the following:

• Installation of drainage culverts or other drainage systems that connect with District canals or cross District roads.
   
• Installation of bridges crossing any District canla or culverts within the flow channel of any District canal for the purpose of property access.
   
• Hauling excavated materials out or throught the District. The permit is for a 90-day period and requires the permittee to repair any damage to District or private property resulting from the hauling operation

The requirements for all permits provide for the application process, forms, application fee (where applicable) and set minimum culvert sizes and limits to the number of culverts that may be installed.
